Thirty-day returns on unopened items, with hygiene rules explained upfront.
What can be returned
Unopened items in their original, sealed packaging can be returned within thirty days of delivery.
What cannot
For hygiene reasons, opened intimate products cannot be returned unless faulty. Faulty items are always replaced or refunded.
